Evening 8/27/23

Justin has had a good day today, a little more quiet than weekdays. He has rested a lot and eaten a lot!

He is on an oral anti-coagulant now. He is also talking more and using his right hand for things.

He is off of the high sodium drip, NG tube is out so he's also taking oral sodium and trying to maintain levels on his own with food and Gatorade, so pray as we need it not to drop any more so he can move out of the ICU tomorrow.

  7. Tears of great joy as I caught up on Justin's amazing and miraculous recovery! God is good, All the time!!
Continuing to pray for full and complete healing. Praying for his body to regulate sodium levels on its own and be discharged from the ICU. This song comes to mind (the chorus specifically)

Look what the Lord has done
Look what the Lord has done
    He healed my body
    He touched my mind
He saved me it was just in time
    I'm gonna praise His name
Each day He's just the same
    Come on and praise Him
Look what the Lord has done
This will be Justin's life chorus!!!

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; Great is your faithfulness. "The Lord is my portion", says my soul, "therefore I will hope in Him."
    Lamentations 3:22-24
